By creating an account or using M.elo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

M.elo is a business-simulation app where you answer cases and receive simulated outcomes generated by AI. Outcomes are simulations, not professional advice.

Your account

You must be 13 or older.
You’re responsible for activity on your account; keep your credentials safe.
One account per person. No sharing or selling accounts.

Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in submissions.
No attempts to game the ELO system, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the service.
No impersonating others or submitting answers you didn’t write.

Your content

You keep ownership of your answers. By submitting, you grant M.elo a non-exclusive license to display them anonymously to other players for matchmaking and to use aggregated data to improve the product.

Ratings and points

ELO ratings, points, and leaderboard positions have no cash value. We may adjust or reset them to fix bugs, abuse, or scoring errors.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing the address below.

Disclaimer

M.elo is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about availability or that simulated outcomes reflect real-world results. To the extent allowed by law, M.elo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
