M.elo (“we”) operates a business-simulation app where players answer cases and receive simulated outcomes. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, profile photo (from Google or sign-up).
Gameplay data: your case answers, ELO rating, match history, points.
Device data: basic logs (IP, user-agent, crash reports) for reliability.

How we use it

Run matches, score answers, rank players, and award points.
Show your name and rating on leaderboards visible to other players.
Send AI prompts (your anonymized answers) to Anthropic for simulation.
Diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Who we share with

Google Firebase — auth, database, hosting, push notifications.
Anthropic — case-outcome simulation (anonymized; no user IDs).
We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and gameplay data at any time by emailing the address below. We retain match records in aggregated form so ranking integrity is preserved.

Children

M.elo is intended for users 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from younger users.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Effective” date above reflects the current version.
